In article the problem of increase in ideological and theoretical level of teaching social and humanitarian disciplines in higher educational institutions of Krasnodar Region and the Rostov Region in days of IX and X five-years periods is considered. The party organizations of Don and Kuban involved in functioning and development of the higher school became an object of a research. Scientific novelty of a research is defined by the fact that in historical aspect questions of management of formation of active living position of future experts of the national economy of the country on the basis of improvement of quality of teaching social sciences are studied. Specifics of the party leadership in formation of ideological and political and moral and ethical installations of student's youth are disclosed, the role of departments of social sciences in development of social activity of students is shown. The material collected and generalized by the author enriches public practice with new forms of activities of governing bodies of the large high school region for stimulation of a social involvement and activity of future experts of the national economy.
