Some aspects of the pedagogical education development in the new conditions of socio-political life of Russia (1990-2000)

The article discusses socio-economic, political transformations, which had a significant impact on the Russian education in the 1990-s. Development of the democratic civil society began with the transition to the academic independence of higher education institutions, variety of educational institutions, diversity of educational programs, and the new culture of education. These changes took place in the whole structure of the higher pedagogical education, which provided its optimal development and improvement.
