The role of principles in shaping the theory of legal compliance

In this article, the author examines the impact of modern smart city technology and e-governance on the implementation of legal compliance using the example of anti-corruption. Technologies increase the openness of social systems, allowing regular monitoring of the actions of representatives of the state and subjects of the Russian Federation. Taking into account the formation of a new management system, legal compliance becomes a new method of building interaction between the state and society. Proactive legal regulation involves actions aimed at preventing future events. Legal compliance can become a response to the challenges of digital technologies and in the future become a new way of legal regulation based on the autonomy of subjects.
