Some aspects of the realization of the right to compensation for the violation of the right to trial within a reasonable time

The article deals with guaranteed by article 46 of the Constitution, the right to judicial protection, which involves an essential element of the administration of justice - civil proceedings as soon as possible. This right along with the right to a fair and independent judiciary formed the basis of the European Court of Human Rights.
