Some aspects of speech culture in professional communication

This article analyzes one of the main regulators in the process of business communication. Based on an analysis of the most typical communication situations in professional communication, the authors identify key aspects that should be taken into account in intercultural business communication. The study concludes that in professional communication it is necessary to consider cultural and national traditions, to limit the use of idiomatic expressions, jokes. Attention is also drawn to the necessity to avoid complicated grammatical constructions, show empathy and adapt your speech as much as possible. This study can serve as a guide to establishing competent professional communication.
