Some aspects of religious education in the Russian history: experience of Islam

The article is devoted to existence of Islamic education system in Russia. In the article are shown: development of religious education of the Muslim people of Russia, a role of the Tatar people in formation of confessional education. The article also reveals the features of Muslim religious education and its relationship with the concept of religious education as a whole. The nature of Islamic religious education interaction with the authorities of the Russian Empire is established. The context of the article assumes development of the elements of religious education, most actual for modern Russia, which is historically developed among Tatars.
