Some aspects of public administration of Mongolia in the composition of Qing empire

The article deals with the process of establishing a government system in Mongolia as part of the Qing Empire. The militaryadministrative reforms in Mongolia and their role in the centralized policy of the Qing Empire are analyzed. The author rightly believes that the Manchu rulers used the fragmentation of the country and the lack of unity of action Mongol feudal lords. As a result of military campaigns and diplomatic intrigues, they were fierst able to master the southern Mongolia, and by the end of the XVII century to include northern Mongolia into the Qing Empire. In the future colonization policy of the Qing Empire will lead to growth of the national liberation movement of the Mongols and the formation of Mongolian statehood.
