Some aspects of the youth socialization amid digitalization

Over the past few years, the research of modern youth has become a very popular direction in science. Scientists are interested in everything: the image of youth in modern society and worldwide; the exigencies and values peculiar to youth; their goals and behavioral patterns, etc. This is the population group that is most vulnerable to external influence; the youth are quick to take on faith other people’s thoughts and ideas. In this regard, it is important to consider the issues of their socialization in modern conditions. Socialization is the process of integrating an individual into society, entering the social environment through the acquisition of its norms, rules, values, knowledge and skills that enable them to function successfully in society. This is particularly relevant in light of the digitalization of society, of which the youth are the standard-bearers.
