Some aspects of improvement of administrative responsibility for violations in the oil and gas sector

The article examines the current legislation on the administrative responsibility for violations in the oil and gas complex of Russia. It is concluded that it is necessary to introduce responsibility for violation of all basic requirements of rational use of mineral resources specified in the current legislation in order to improve the efficiency of Russia's energy strategy and energy security in the Russian Federation.
