Some aspects of strategic management of human resources service personnel enterprises in modern conditions

New business conditions require managers of new knowledge, abilities and skills in approaches to enterprise management, human resource management of this enterprise. Of particular importance is increasing the speed of decision-making in situations of uncertainty and risk.
