Some aspects of forensic-psychiatric examination in respect of serial killers

The article discusses the features of the results of forensic examinations. The examples from the Russian investigative practice of exposing offenders who have resorted to violence, cannibalism, necrophilia, pedophilia are given. The role of forensic examinations of the psyche of criminals is shown. The need for a thorough collection of materials that comprehensively describe the personality, which determine the sanity of the investigated person, is noted.
