Some aspects of management of the social and ecological environment in Perm city and the influence of the environment on city residents

Recently, the problem of preserving the socio-ecological environment has shifted to an established negative trend. In fact the governing elite in some region acts as the main subject controlling the relationship between man and nature. Additionally private business also takes part in the development of social and ecological environment. In this article, the aspects of the influence of the state of the social and ecological environment on society are analyzed, and attempts are also made to describe the socio-ecological situation in Perm and the Perm Krai.
