Certain aspects of protecting creditor’s rights in process of adoption of the external administration plan

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the protection of the rights of creditors in process of adoption of the external administration plan during external administration procedure. The issue of the relationship between the powers of the creditors’ meeting, the court and the debtor in process of adoption is analyzed. The author concluded that the decision of the creditors’ meeting has priority over other participants of bankruptcy proceeding.
