Some aspects of protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in judicial order

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of protecting the rights of business entities in court. The author concludes that the complex nature of business legislation does not allow the effective application of the methods of protection of rights established by law, including the involvement of the prosecutor in the arbitration process in order to protect the economic rights of entrepreneurs.
