Some aspects of the residential premise as the object of the ownership right

The article is devoted to the analysis of the norms regulating the legal status of a dwelling as an object of ownership, living quarters, significant differences were revealed, the analysis of the definition of living quarters and related concepts was made, the legal nature of residential buildings of the blocked building in close connection with apartment houses was examined, and the debated issue of protecting the owner’s right in a communal apartment not connected with the deprivation possession.
