The results of investigations hematological of the round goby ( Neogobius melanostomus Pallas, 1814) of the Saratov Reservoir. The data on the condition of some of red and white blood cells in representatives of the species. Describe the dynamics of important hematological parameters, the ratio of mature and immature forms of erythrocytes, the ratio of erythroid cells and lymphoid blood leukocytes share of the major forms of white blood cells. Based on the composition of the blood count revealed the number of individuals round goby with signs of diseases such as neutrophilia and eosinophilia. Explained by the use of hematological of the round goby to assess the impact on individuals of complex environmental hazards as an indicator of the ecological status of the reservoir.
