We analyze the results of biomonitoring program for the ecosystems of the Upper Volga Region. The analyzed biomonitoring program is the result of an integration of several components dealing with different aspects of the ecosystem. Components compize (1) the inventory of the main aspect of biodiversity, including invasive flora, (2) status estimation of the indicator species and (3) integrated analysis of pollution level by physical and chemical studies of biological objects and environmental components (FTIR-spectroscopy, ICP-AES). These data allows to reveal the basic tendencies of dynamics in biological systems on different level of the organization.
