Results of dynamic neurologic follow-up of 450 persons in the late period of chronic radiation sickness were studied for detection of the rate and features of osteoalgic syndrome. In 15-22 years after termination of the work under intensive exposure to radiation atypical, obliterated osteoalgia with signs of formation of atreosclerosis of peripheral blood vessels. Longitudal rheovasography showed typical changes in peripheral hemodynamics. It was stated that in the late period of chronic radiation sickness the rate of development of osteoalgic syndrome depends at large extent on the amount of incorporated plutonium and at less extent on external gamma-irradiation.
