The article discusses some mechanisms for increasing the level of investment attractiveness, relevant for a regional pharmacy chain. In particular, the development of a system for operational diagnostics of the financial condition, the creation of an official website for the pharmacy chain, the provision of additional services, diversification of activities, optimization of marketing policy, assortment and the process of working with suppliers.
