Some unresolved issues of valuation for the purposes of entry in the state cadastre of real estate

The author of the article analyzes the issues of methodological disputes in the work of the Commissions on consideration of disputes on results of definition of cadastral value of land plots and capital construction objects. Defined position of the parties to the dispute in a number of situations, not laid down in legal acts regulating the assessment of market value in challenging the cadastral value. It gives the author’s evaluation of these positions and concludes on the need to develop methodological recommendations (instructions) for market valuation for entry into the cadastre of real estate, which would be required to use status.
