Some new news in labor legislation in the field of occupational safety

The article is devoted to the main changes that have occurred in legislation in the field of labor protection. The modern labor market is being modernized under the influence of ongoing globalization and information processes. In view of this, labor relations are changing, and new legal instruments and mechanisms are being sought to implement high-quality safety and security for workers. The study examined the features of the labor protection management system, electronic document management in labor protection, labor protection training, as well as innovations in legal regulation in this area. The author summarizes that a ban on working in hazardous conditions for workers has been introduced, and the procedure for maintaining electronic document management in the field of labor protection has been regulated.
