Some features of phraseological units with a component of force of nature in the modern Chinese and English languages

This article is devoted to some features of phraseological units with a component of the forces of nature in modern Chinese and English. The focus of attention are specific features of phraseological units with the component "wood", since in the modern Chinese language the phenomenon “wood” belongs to one of the nature forces. In English, this phenomenon does not apply to manifestations of the nature forces, but its consideration in this article is interesting in the forefront of the theory of language. The existence of general and particular properties of phraseological units will allow us to open further great prospects for the identical research.
