Some features and legal regulation of transnational corporations

This article is devoted to some features and legal regulation of transnational corporations. A feature of legal research is the ambiguity of the approaches of various authors to the understanding of the term "transnational corporation", as well as the fragmentation of the legal regulation of this institution. The study revealed that today TNC is not an independent legal unit, since it does not have a stable set of legal features applied on the basis of appropriate legal regulation at the international or national level, as well as stable sources of legal regulation.
