Some features of inheritance by will by several heirs: disputes over the acceptance of an inheritance

The article analyzes the situation when several heirs accept the inheritance by submitting an application to the notary authority at the place of opening the inheritance, and one of them accepts the inheritance in connection with permanent registration in the residential premises in which the testator lived. It is concluded that it is difficult to realize the rights and obligations of heirs, due to the fact that there is no information about the location of the heir who actually entered into the inheritance and does not formalize his rights in accordance with the procedure established by law.
