Some features of challenging transactions in the framework of bankruptcy proceedings

The author provides a legal analysis of the norms that fix the features of challenging the debtor's transactions in the bankruptcy procedure. The analysis of the methods used by the debtor to conceal property is given. The analysis of the ways fixed by the legislator for the return of property to the bankruptcy estate is also given.
