Recently, cases of assigning responsibility for the obligations of legal entities to controlling persons in a subsidiary manner have become more widespread in legislation and judicial practice. The article discusses some features of bringing to subsidiary liability the controlling persons of a limited liability company in the event of voluntary liquidation of a legal entity.
