Some peculiarities of consideration and settlement of complaints in accordance with the Article 124 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation by the public prosecutor

The article deals with the peculiarities of public prosecutor's consideration of some complaints about the actions (inaction) and decisions of preliminary investigation agencies officials. The author concludes that it is necessary to enact into law the immediate date of consideration of appeals from citizens detained on suspicion of having committed a crime.
