Some features of the delineation of crimes provided for in Articles 126 and 127 of the Criminal Code

The problem of the grounds for distinguishing crimes provided for in Articles 126 and 127 of the Criminal Code is revealed. The issues of qualification of cases of the victim's relocation to the basement of an apartment building, in one of the apartments of which he lives; a garage located together with a household on a plot of land owned by the victim or his family members; a garage located on the territory of an apartment building. The problems are considered from a theoretical and practical point of view, and proposals for steps to overcome them are put forward.
