Some features of labor regulation of underage workers in Russia

The article analyzes the peculiarities of labor regulation of underage workers in the Russian Federation. The conclusion is justified that the procedure for the employment of minors is subject to more stringent requirements than for the employment of adult workers. Based on the results of the study, the authors formulate proposals for improving the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, aimed at improving the efficiency and full implementation of the right of minors to work.
