Some features of social security in the Republic of Crimea

This article is devoted to the issue of the emergence and development of the social security system of the Republic of Crimea, which became part of the Russian Federation in 2014. Considering federal and regional legislation on social security, the author highlights the features of social support for citizens living in the territory of the Republic of Crimea. The author comes to the conclusion that social policy in this region has reached the level of other subjects of the Russian Federation, while it is in the stage of active development.
