The article is devoted to the consideration of the development processes in the labor market of various forms of precarious employment, which have become increasingly widespread throughout the world in recent years as a result of the introduction of new technologies. It is noted that with such changes in the sphere of social and labor relations and the ongoing accelerated modification of the world labor market, it becomes necessary to create new conceptual approaches to their study. In the Russian labor market, there are also processes of a significant spread of employment of workers on the basis of a verbal agreement of all working conditions, this especially affected the agricultural sectors, construction, retail trade, one can also note such a trend as an increase in the number of labor migrants willing to work on an informal basis, and first of all, we are talking about illegal migration. All this contributes to the development of the shadow economy, which does not fall under the system of social and pension insurance. Under such conditions, the author substantiates the need to create a mechanism aimed at regulating labor relations arising between workers employed in various forms of precarious employment and their employers, in order to protect the labor interests of workers and ensure safety for their activities.
