Some features of minor criminal liability

This article is devoted to some of the features of the criminal liability of minors. The criminal law concept of a minor is analyzed. The features of sentencing this category of persons are considered. The institution of relapse, mitigating circumstances and compulsory measures of educational influence in relation to minors has been investigated.
