Some features of intradepartmental control over the activities of bailiffs during enforcement proceedings

The timely execution of adopted court decisions seems to be one of the main tasks of the judicial system. Almost the entire volume of enforcement is entrusted to bailiffs who, as active participants in the enforcement process, are endowed with significant rights and powers. In order to comply with the law and to prevent violations of the rights of participants in the enforcement procedure, the control exercised within the FSSP service itself is of great importance. The article studies the legal basis of intraministerial control over the activities of a bailiff, its characteristics, importance. Weaknesses of this form of control are identified, ways to solve them and improve the efficiency of the bailiff service are proposed.
