Function and intracellular mechanism of cardiomyocytes in experimental cardiac insufficiency were studied in CAD patients and in rheumatic valvular disease. Functioning of Са2+-transporting systems of sarcoplasmatic reticulum of cardiomyocytes, phospholipid level of cellular membranes and oxydation phosphorilation of mytochondria were studied. Change of phospholipid level and separation of oxidation phosphorilation is suggested to be associated with accumulation of fat acids and their peroxide oxidation products.
Ischemic and rheumatic injury of myocardium, sarcoplasmatic reticulum, phospholipids, mitochondria, oxidative phosphorilation, fatty acids, peroxide oxidation
