Some approaches to the study of the concept of "employment of the population" in the analysis of various concepts and schools

The article is devoted to the study of the entity of the employment of the population and theoretical foundations of its regulation, the analysis of the theories of employment of various schools and directions, revealed the effectiveness of the application of the main provisions of foreign and domestic employment concepts to regulate the employment of the population in the framework of the implementation of regional policies, reflects the approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the concept of «labor», «employment». When choosing a concept for regulating employment of the population, the feasibility of applying the rational provisions of non-poeensian, neo-secret and neoconservative directions, which suggest the use of positive experience in the processes of state regulation of employment and achieving its balance and efficiency.
