Some approaches to the interests classification

In the article devoted to some issues of classification of interests in law, based on the analysis of approaches to classification of interests as a legal category, the authors used the legal triad "personality-society-state" as a basis for classification. The authors are invited to highlight state interests that provide objectively significant goals and objectives of the state as a whole. It is concluded that national interests represent the entire aggregate of vital interests of security subjects (the individual, society and the state) expressing the country's needs for existence and progressive development. At the same time, according to the authors, national interests form the root cause of political actions, representing the basis of economic, political and military doctrines, various kinds of concepts, strategies and programs. The classification of types of interests depending on the subject and the object is quite dynamic and can be modified depending on the factors that influence the legal triad "personality-society-state" chosen as the basis. Differentiation of interests into types objectively reflects the main trends in the emergence of new rules of law, as well as the change of the legal paradigm in the global sense, and therefore it is proposed to effectively use this differentiation in the systematization of national and international legislation
