Some approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of «personnel» and «evaluation of the effectiveness of its use»

This study examines the theoretical aspects of defining the concept of enterprise personnel and approaches to assessing the effectiveness of its use. The article presents the definition of enterprise personnel, its characteristics, essence and composition. It also notes the importance of competent and effective organization of labor of enterprise personnel, considers the importance of assessing enterprise personnel, as well as the main indicators of the effectiveness of personnel use, since a rational system of motivation, payment, organization and standardization of labor contributes not only to the growth of labor productivity, but also to an increase in key economic indicators of the enterprise and its competitiveness.
