Some indicators of development of information and digital technologies of Zabaikalsky region

The need to develop information and digital technologies in the Trans-Baikal Territory is dictated by the rapid transition of the entire state to the digital economy, as well as the outsider position of the region against the background of other entities in terms of such development. Lagging behind the general trends in the introduction of innovative technologies and products into the system of state and municipal administration is fraught with a deterioration for the region, which is already stagnating against the backdrop of a pandemic, which inevitably affects the indicators of the budget process. These facts determine the relevance of highlighting the existing problems of the development of information and digital technologies of the Trans-Baikal Territory and the search for effective ways to solve them.
