Some implications of the implementation of the program of surrogate motherhood in Russia: theory and practice

The article explores the right of a surrogate mother to leave a child in her family and refuse to register customers as biological parents. Despite the fact that the procedure for state registration of the birth of a child, borne by a surrogate mother, is defined quite clearly by the current Russian legislation, the attitude of the courts to the consideration of such cases has changed radically, as evidenced by judicial practice. The article analyzes the problems connected with the contradiction of the law and judicial practice.
