Some legal and tactical aspects of conducting operational implementation

A number of legal and tactical aspects in carrying out operational implementation, the problems arising during its organization and conducting in modern conditions are investigated in the article. A comparative analysis of some legislative norms in the field of operational-search activity and criminal law is carried out, the measures for their improvement are suggested. The possibility of causing forced harm during the implementation of the specified operational-search activity is considered, the need to specify its permissible limits is argued.
