Some problem moments of definition of the concepts "Insitement of hatred or enmity" and "Humiliation of human dignity" in context art. 282 of the Criminal Code Russian Federation

This paper is devoted to some vague notions of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The authors examined various approaches to defining the concepts of «incitement to hatred or enmity» and «humiliation of human dignity», analyzed the law enforcement practice, the statistics of prosecution under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and also gave some assessment of the changes made to this article.
