Some problemic issues of application of purchasing regulations in Russia

The article examines some of the problems of applying the rules of acquisitive prescription in Russia, highlights the development of the institution of acquisitive in Russia, its imperfection. The author lists which norms should be supplemented, which definitions are unclear. It is also noted that the legislation in this area should be made more complete, since many of the rules governing the institution of acquisitive prescription are not sufficiently specified and there is a reference to general norms of civil law relations, without taking into account the peculiarities of the institution of acquisitive prescription.
