Some problems of administrative proceedings

One of the most problematic areas of procedural legislation at the moment is administrative legal proceedings. The author focuses on the important shortcomings of the legislation and suggests solutions. The article discusses the creation and functioning of administrative courts, what it can lead to and how it will affect the legal system of Russia. Also, the author did not ignore the conceptual apparatus, which also often becomes the cause of disputes in administrative proceedings.
