Certain issues in documenting criminal acts in consumer market by investigation unit of the internal affairs

Introduction: the authors study peculiarities of Documenting Criminal Acts in Consumer Market. Materials and Methods: the authors used sociological methods of poll and questionnaires among investigators in Altai and the Republic of Tatarstan. The authors also studied criminal cases handled by internal affairs of the Republic of Dagestan, the Khanty-Mansijsk autonomous district and Altai from 2014 to 2020 and regulatory acts governing operational units of the internal affairs. Results: warnings and administrative prosecution are to be the first step to document unlawful activities in consumer market. Due to this sequence of operations among internal affairs bodies there is a possibility to prevent the threat of antisocial security incident in the early stages of its formation and prevent the disruptive behavior of illegal actions. Discussion and Conclusions: the authors consume that the use of investigation and other measures to combat consumer market crimes shall be applied in in a certain sequence to to maximise the effects in the work of law enforcement officials. Positive results of in this undertaking will significantly reduce the impact on the law enforcement bodies on detecting, investigating crimes and other offences contributing to a better solution of these tasks.
