Some problems and solutions on elaborating the law of Mongolia "On preventions of collisions of conflict of interests in government service"

It is necessary to highlight a few points that should be considered in the development of the law on prevention of conflicts of interest when replacing somebody in public office in Mongolia. First, the Law should be taken in accordance with modern conditions and the condition of the state and society, after thoroughly examining existing legal acts regulating the issues of conflict of interest. Second, it is an issue of the proper classification of conflicts of interest. To elaborate the Law is necessary after careful consideration of these issues.
