Some problems and prospects of development of computer-technical expertise at the present stage

In this article considers one of the promising areas of forensic expertise - forensic computer-technical expertise (SCTE), appointed by the authorized bodies and officials. The definition of SCTE as a separate type of engineering and technical expertise class is given. The problems of the lack of existing techniques are described. The main perspective directions of KTE are defined. The approaches of successful functioning of this area and interaction with other States are analyzed.
