Some problems of the active economic activity legal regulation

The article is devoted to the problems of regulatory impact on the active economic activity. Economic entities enter into legal relations; therefore, it becomes necessary to refer to the norms established by the legislator. Some rules form the general effect of economic activity, which can become the basis for the transition to a new qualitative state of the entire society. The study of the special «nature» of the norms governing active economic activity, problems of «feedback» between the legislator and executors of law, as well as the excessive «regulatory burden» made it possible to conclude that an incorrect regulatory impact may hinder business development, interaction with other countries and demotivate entrepreneurs.
