The problems of implementation of government procurement

Purpose: Consideration of the problems of public procurement within the framework of the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ «On contract system in procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs». Methodology. This article used normative legal documents. Results: This study revealed that the contract system of public procurement requires a radical rebuilds. Identified ways to eliminate these problems. Novelty/originality/value: In the article the problems of public procurement from two perspectives: the customer and the regulatory authority. This problem is especially acute in this area because the organization of process in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs affects the economy of the public sector.
