Some problems of jurisdiction of affairs in the sphere of protection of intellectual property

The author approaches to research problems of court jurisdiction in the sphere of intellectual property disputes. The article is devoted to the analysis the rules of jurisdiction in this sphere, associated with founding of the Court of Intellectual Property rights. As a result the author discovers some problems in the regulation of the court jurisdiction and makes suggestions for improvement of Russian legislation in order to their resolution.
