Some problems of legal regulation of responsibility for infliction of harm of life and to health of passengers at the international air transportation

The article discusses the features of the legal regulation of the carrier's liability in the case of a plane crash. At the same time, reveals a number of controversial issues arising from the compensation of damage by airlines, as well as compensation for damage caused to passengers. It is pointed out that these contentious issues are the result of the lack of uniform application in practice of the norms of the main international and national acts.
